These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Study Pro platform at studypro.lk, operated by OX Global (Pvt) Ltd (“OX Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Study Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The service
Study Pro is an online exam-preparation platform for Grade 10 and Grade 11 students in Sri Lanka, currently covering Mathematics and Science. The platform provides diagnostic quizzes, chapter-level progress tracking, and a weekly diagnostic summary sent to the registered parent or guardian via WhatsApp.
2. Account registration
A Study Pro account must be registered by a parent or guardian on behalf of the student. The registering parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for keeping login details secure, and for all charges made to the payment method linked to the account.
3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Study Pro is offered on a monthly subscription of Rs. 990, charged immediately when you subscribe and automatically every month thereafter until you cancel. Full details on billing, cancellation, and our no-refund policy are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Your Study Pro account is for the personal educational use of the registered student only. You agree not to share your login credentials, resell or redistribute access to the platform, copy or republish quiz content or diagnostic reports, or attempt to interfere with or circumvent the platform's normal operation.
5. Intellectual property
All quiz content, question banks, diagnostic reports, and other materials made available through Study Pro are the property of OX Global (Pvt) Ltd and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Study Pro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features, content, and pricing may change as the platform develops.
7. Limitation of liability
Study Pro is provided to support exam preparation and is not a guarantee of any particular exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, OX Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Study Pro after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
