Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the Study Pro platform at studypro.lk, operated by OX Global (Pvt) Ltd.
1. Subscription fee and billing
Study Pro is offered as a Monthly plan (30 days of access), a Yearly plan (365 days of access) and, where available, a Lifetime plan (a one-time payment for access for the lifetime of the platform). We may also offer a limited-time Seasonal plan, available only between its published start and end dates, with access lasting only until its published end date. The price shown at checkout is charged immediately. For Monthly and Yearly plans paid by card, the plan price is charged automatically at the end of each period (every month or every year) until you cancel. Lifetime and Seasonal plans are charged once and never renew. Bank transfer payments are not renewed automatically.
2. No refunds
All subscription payments, including your first payment, every renewal charge and Lifetime and Seasonal payments, are final and non-refundable. Seasonal access ends on the season's end date regardless of when you purchased it. If you switch plans, the new plan is charged in full and its time is added to your existing access; there is no proration or refund for time already paid. Please make sure you wish to subscribe before completing payment.
3. Technical issues
If your child is unable to access or use the Study Pro platform because of a technical fault on our side, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include fixing the fault or extending your access period. Reporting a technical issue does not, on its own, entitle you to a monetary refund.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on studypro.lk, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. You will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime and Seasonal plans have no renewals to cancel.
