Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the Study Pro platform at studypro.lk, operated by OX Global (Pvt) Ltd.
1. Subscription fee and billing
When you subscribe to Study Pro, Rs. 990 is charged immediately to the payment method on file. The same amount will be charged automatically every month thereafter until you cancel.
2. No refunds
All subscription payments, including your first payment and every monthly renewal charge, are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you wish to subscribe before completing payment.
3. Technical issues
If your child is unable to access or use the Study Pro platform because of a technical fault on our side, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include fixing the fault or extending your access period. Reporting a technical issue does not, on its own, entitle you to a monetary refund.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on studypro.lk, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. You will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
